find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."

In a world filled with constant noise and conflicting advice, it is easy to feel overwhelmed by
the weight of our daily responsibilities. We often try to carry our burdens—our families,
our careers, and our personal trials—entirely on our own, hoping that if we just work
harder, we will find peace. But in Matthew 11:28–30, the Savior offers a different way. He
invites us to take His yoke upon us, promising that His yoke is easy and His burden is light.

Taking His yoke is not about adding more to our "to-do" list; it is about entering into a
partnership. When we center our homes on gospel learning through family prayer and
family study of the Come Follow Me curriculum, we aren't just completing a task—we are
tuning our spiritual ears to the Savior’s frequency. By creating a sanctuary for His Spirit in
our homes, we begin to hear His voice more clearly above the loud and distracting voices of
the world that can weigh us down or steer us incorrectly.

Whether we are seeking specific answers for our lives, looking for strength and direction in
our family relationships, or tackling our daily "to-do" lists, the solution is found in
deepening our connection to Him. As we learn of Him together, we find that we don't have
to walk the path alone. We find the specific guidance we need for today’s challenges and the
true rest that only He can provide.  May you invite the Savior into your homes and reap the beautiful rewards of love and peace in your lives.
